A leading consultancy firm seeks an Insight Lead (Qualitative) to drive client engagements across various industries in Singapore. The role involves working closely with clients to uncover consumer insights and trends while leading a team of researchers. Ideal candidates will have over five years of consulting experience, strong qualitative skills, and an intellectual curiosity for human behavior.
This consultancy business excels at helping brands dive into consumer tensions and anxieties that are embedded in their cultural groups, helping them see things through the human lens.
Often, the engagements relate to topics of brand purpose, product innovation, strategy, or behaviour change. Its work has a direct focus on informing clients' strategic and brand decisions in these areas.
An Insight Lead (Qualitative), you work with clients in a range of industries (automotive, consumer goods, financial services) in the region to drive client engagements. Some examples of engagements include: identifying consumer trends, market white space, category opportunities, consumer motivation and behaviour. The execution of these engagements often sees you overseeing or conducting consumer interviews, consumer immersions, workshops, etc.
In addition, you lead a team of junior researchers in project execution and reporting and then deliver client presentations and recommendations. Regional or international travels are likely to be required when travel restrictions ease.
