Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from purchasing and supplier coordination through to sales execution and order fulfilment. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics, preparing tender documents, and purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all sales enquiries, including technical questions.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations tailored to customers’ requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, including pricing, technical information, compliance documents, and submission requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers on product sourcing, purchasing, sending P/O, and shipping coordination & documentation.
- Manage, service, and grow existing customer accounts to build long-term relationships.
- Process customer orders from various online sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Generate new sales leads through emails, networking, and other channels.
- Handle export sales enquiries and coordinate end-to-end export order processing.
- Support the full sales cycle, from purchasing through to final sales delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Proven experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in offshore supply products (e.g. cables, lighting, electrical accessories) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, meticulous, detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum qualifications: Diploma / Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work-from-Home and Office)
