A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales activities, including customer inquiries and supporting sales efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments and vendors, proactively reach out to prospects, and assist in closing sales. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for achieving business goals. Experience in freight forwarding is a plus. This role provides opportunities to develop in a dynamic industry.
Responsible for managing daily sales activities in the freight forwarding & logistics industry, including customers’ enquiries, sales quotations, shipment coordination & supporting the sales in any other activities to achieve business goals. This role requires collaborating with internal departments, overseas offices and providing good support services to customers.
Proactively reaching out to leads, prospects and customers. Cold calling is required. Support to close sales and achieve sales targets. Preparation of sales quotations and assist sales on RFQ. Support to source rates from various vendor and overseas offices. Support to drive & coordinate consolidation program and any other sales support activities when necessary.
