Job description

The Inside Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. This role supports pre-sales and marketing activities, manages demo loan systems, and ensures sales processes and documentation are properly maintained.

Job Description
  • Assist sales team in preparing and issuing quotations
  • Ensure all sales-related documents are up to the date (Price list, Customer record, CRM records, product datasheet, etc)
  • Prepare sales reports according to management requirements
  • Support marketing activities, including online product uploads, lead management, CRM maintenance, website updates, and marketing promotions
  • Handle demo loan processes, including issuing loan forms and following up with customers on loan returns
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or above
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, experience in CRM/SAP system is a plus
  • Good organizational and communication skills (optional but recommended)
