Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To generate, qualify, and progress sales opportunities through proactive outreach, digital campaigns, and partner collaboration, ensuring 3× pipeline coverage and seamless handover to field AMs and Presales. To track and ensure contract renewals are done timely.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to identify potential customers across target sectors.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partner programs (Microsoft, Fortinet, HPE).
- Use discovery frameworks to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Maintain a minimum of 100 new contacts per month with a conversion rate >10% to qualified opportunities.
Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are properly tagged, scored, and updated.
- Collaborate with AMs to ensure qualified leads are advanced through proposal and closure stages.
- Track campaign effectiveness through dashboards and provide weekly funnel reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Diplomas in IT or Business with relevant experience in B2B technology sales may also be considered.
