Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist with strong hands‑on expertise in server, database, operating systems, and cloud platforms. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, securing, and enhancing enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and compliance across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines;
• Must have 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance;
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills with experience in incident escalation and service recovery;
• Must have hands‑on experience with Oracle Database (including Oracle RAC) and Oracle‑based enterprise environments;
• Strong administration experience in Linux / Red Hat Linux systems;
• Experience managing infrastructure in virtualized environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper‑V);
• Must have hands‑on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure, with scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, SQL, and T‑SQL.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to other database platforms such as Oracle DB, MongoDB, or MariaDB;
• Experience with vendor management.

Responsibilities
