    • Understand fund structures, lifecycle processes, investor requirements, and operational workflows.
    • Translate business needs into clear, structured technology requirements and work with internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions.
    • Support new fund launches by ensuring data, systems, and processes are ready for scale.
  2. Technology & Systems Support
    • Manage, administer, and support key systems used by Fund Management (e.g., Backstop, CRM/IR platforms, data repositories, SharePoint, Power BI dashboards, document management solutions).
    • Work with Group IT, Data teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements, and maintain system stability.
    • Ensure that digital platforms are secure, compliant, and aligned with CapitaLand IT governance standards.
  3. Data & Reporting Enablement
    • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to enable high-quality structured data for portfolio management, fundraising, investor reporting, and performance tracking.
    • Support development of dashboards, workflow automation, and reporting tools that improve decision-making and reduce manual work.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability across systems.
  4. Process Optimisation & Digital Adoption
    • Review current Fund Management processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
    • Drive digital adoption across the Fund Management team through training, documentation, and change management.
    • Introduce industry best practices for fund operations and investor service workflows.
  5. Project Management

    • Prepare project plans, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery across business and technical teams.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Sustainability, and Investment teams.
  6. Compliance, Governance & Risk
    • Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory, data security, and compliance requirements.
    • Support audit, due diligence, and investor queries related to technology controls and data integrity.
    • Maintain proper documentation and SOPs for fund-related systems and workflows.
