Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules, processes, and specifications to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction
• Design and implement production processes and control systems that enhance operational performance and quality
• Develop and execute process improvements and technological upgrades to support business growth and innovation
• Collaborate with management and user personnel to establish design and production standards aligned with organizational goals
• Prepare detailed material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production cost estimates to support budgeting and procurement
• Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirements to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Lead training programs for staff on new processes, instructions, and manuals to ensure consistent execution and knowledge transfer
• Manage process documentation and reporting to maintain compliance with health, safety, and fire safety standards
• Apply knowledge of precision machining, production scheduling, and production management to deliver measurable improvements
• Interpret engineering drawings and assess part manufacturability to support production planning and quality assurance
