A leading automation solutions company is seeking a motivated individual for a role in customer support for Industrial Automation products. Responsibilities include attending to customer enquiries, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and providing project management support. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in project management is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Exposed to Project Management, Industrial Automation and/or Robotic Systems.
• Willing to put in extra effort during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries on Industrial Automation products.
• Work with design team on conceptual design.
• Prepare periodical sales reports.
• Provide project management support for the entire project cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing team to explore new business opportunities.
