Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to deliver accurate information and enhance client engagement
  • Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on sales leads to support revenue generation
  • Coordinate order processing, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of marine products
  • Support the sales team by compiling and analyzing sales reports and managing the sales pipeline for informed decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive after-sales support and resolving issues efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the marine or industrial sector
