A growing finance team in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include reporting financial statements, overseeing AP/AR processes, and preparing forecasts. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience as Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Macros a plus).
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly & annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow & budget performance.
