We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to support client documentation and application submissions.
Manage and prepare client documentation for immigration and related applications.
Review, verify, and cross-check all documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant authorities (e.g. ICA, MOM).
Submit client applications accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain proper records and tracking of application status, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Liaise with clients to request missing information or clarify documentation requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth application workflows.
Handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Identify potential errors or risks in applications and elevate issues promptly.
Assist with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant operations or administrative experience; experience in immigration or professional services is an advantage.
Highly meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
