Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in facilities management including soft and hard services.
• Candidates with training and experience from hospitality and service industries preferred.
• Knowledge of vendor management for outsourced services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IFM team to ensure sustained high level of services.
• Manage vendor performance against Service Levels Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop initiatives for cost savings and service improvement.
