Job summary

A leading multi-family office in Singapore is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to deliver high-quality concierge services. This role involves managing client requests, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proactive, and can adapt to a dynamic environment. A diploma in any discipline and prior experience in client services are highly advantageous. A hybrid working arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for client requests including travel arrangements and personal appointments.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel plans for clients.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing procedures and managing vendor relationships.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events.
