Job summary

A prominent engineering service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle technical support and project management tasks. The role requires close interaction with customers and consultants while managing project documentation. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of HVAC sales experience will be preferred. Competitive salary of UP$3000-$4000 plus additional benefits is offered. This position allows for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of field industrial sales experience in HVAC is advantageous.
• Experience with digital/cloud and IoT solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create project management opportunities and supervise projects.
• Handle customer queries on technical matters.
• Manage and create documentation for project works.
• Provide technical support and implement smart ventilation solutions.
• Work with devices connected to cloud via MQTT.
