Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with VIZZIO’s vision, values, and growth objectives.
- Build and nurture a strong, values-driven company culture that supports innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from workforce planning and employer branding to hiring, onboarding, and retention of top global talent.
- Develop scalable HR frameworks and flexible policies suitable for a rapidly growing, international technology organization.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring open communication, fair resolution of issues, and a positive employee experience.
- Drive performance management processes that reinforce company values, clarity of expectations, and high performance.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business and budget priorities.
- Plan and execute learning, development, and training initiatives to support individual growth and organizational capability building.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices across operating jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Lead, preferably within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environment.
- Demonstrated capability in building company culture and HR infrastructure from early or growth stages.
- Strong working knowledge across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning & development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability, resilience, and comfort operating in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and contemporary HR best practices.
