Coinstore is a leading digital asset exchange providing innovative cryptocurrency trading solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a Human Resources Generalist to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and office management.

Responsibilities
Human Resources:
  • Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and retention, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Handle onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Maintain leave records and employee attendance tracking.
  • Process employee payroll and monthly expense claims.
  • Address employee grievances and provide counseling when needed.
  • Respond to HR policy and procedure inquiries from employees.
  • Ensure timely license renewals and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Maintain HRIS database records and employee personal files.
Office Management:
  • Enforce office discipline and workplace policies.
  • Manage office insurance and safety procedures.
  • Oversee business travel arrangements (transportation and accommodation).
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facility management.
  • Update and enforce office policies and SOPs.
  • Organize employee welfare and recreational activities (team bonding, festive celebrations, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of HR and administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management).
