Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Oversee onboarding (orientation, system access, probation tracking) and offboarding (resignations, exit interviews, asset return). Support internship recruitment and liaise with schools.
  • 2. HR Operations & Administration – Maintain employee records and HRIS (StaffAny). Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports. Provide administrative support for daily HR functions.
  • 3. Payroll & Benefits – Process monthly payroll (salaries, allowances, CPF, levies, IR8A, IR21) and verify timesheets. Prepare payroll reports and statutory audit schedules. Support budgeting with payroll forecasts. Administer staff benefits including leave, OIL, and medical/dental claims.
  • 4. Engagement & Development – Organise staff engagement activities, cohesion events, and festive initiatives. Coordinate EXSA nominations, communications, and training registration.
  • 5. Performance Management – Manage annual performance processes, including goal setting, appraisals, promotions, and increments. Consolidate evaluations and maintain records.
  • 6. Work Pass & Compliance – Handle Work Permit, Passapplications, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure MOM/CPF compliance and maintain the Employee Handbook. Support PDPA compliance and statutory documentation.
  • 7. HR Projects – Support HR initiatives, system enhancements, workflow improvements, and government grant applications.
  • 8. HR Business Partnering – Conduct park visits, support managers on people matters, and contribute to positive employee experience.
  • 9. Systems & Microsoft 365 – Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and access rights, and provide basic troubleshooting.
