Ebb & Flow Group is a local Food & Beverage company in Singapore seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Senior HR Manager, primarily in payroll processing and HR administrative duties. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR experience who are keen to learn payroll and core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing using QuickHR
  • Update and maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data
  • Prepare basic payroll and HR reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
  • Handle HR documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Respond to routine payroll and HR-related employee queries
  • Provide administrative support to other HR team members when required
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma/Higher Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge or interest in payroll and HR administration
  • Experience with QuickHR or similar HR systems is an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. simple formulas, data entry)
  • Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn with a positive and responsible attitude
