Job summary

A logistics and freight forwarding solutions provider located in Pioneer, Singapore is seeking a Human Resources and Admin Officer. This full-time role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.   • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.15pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $2600 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, liaising with agencies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy across both digital and hardcopy files.
  • Monitor, apply, renew, and track staff passes and permits, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company requirements.
  • Assist in organizing team events, bonding activities, and office initiatives to support employee engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Admin Manager and team, including handling ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
