Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage employee records, attendance, and training. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Human Resource and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
  • Candidate with construction related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining employees' personal records.
  • Responsible to administer employee leave and attendance.
  • Assist in updating all training records and monitoring all training progress.
