Job description

The incumbent will be supporting the Benefits team to administer rewards, employee welfare and benefits, and engagement programmes in accordance to statutory/legislative, business unit and Group rules and policies. They will also be providing support to one or more business units as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to administer policies and procedures for staff benefits in accordance to prevailing policies and procedures, and provide guidance and clarifications on enquiries from internal and external parties on employee benefits
  • Manage employee benefits systems and e-portals (e.g. Zoo pass booking system, chalet booking, USS ticket balloting)
  • Manage external promotions/discounts/corporate benefit plans for staff
  • Assist in staff engagement and benefit communications (e.g. electronic direct mails (EDM), staff circulars, or memorandum)
  • Provide support for employee recognition and milestone events (e.g. retirement ceremonies, long service award ceremony, promotion ceremony) and celebratory meal provisions for special employee occasions
  • Process and verify invoices for Benefits team
  • Learning Coordinator for HQ HR staff
  • Buddy for new Benefits team members
  • Conduct periodic audits for compliance to policies and procedures
  • Track trends and prepare consolidation and analytic reports
  • Support in any automation and digitalization projects or initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of Human Resource related experience
  • Working knowledge of Employment Act, Child Development Co-Savings Act, and Work Injury Compensation Act
  • Digitally savvy with intermediate competence in MS Office suite
  • Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Good written communication in English
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Team-player who can also work independently
  • Agile mindset and adaptable to change
