Position:Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a full spectrum of HR functions, help maintain smooth workplace operations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements. If you are meticulous, people-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and attendance verification.
  • Administer leave, medical claims, pass applications and work permit renewals.
  • Support performance appraisals, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR letters (warning letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with MOM/WSH regulations and HR best practices.
  • Manage disciplinary matters and handle HR-related inquiries from staff and managers.
  • Assist in HR requirements and company policy updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: diploma or above
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (construction or engineering industry is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations, payroll processes, and HRMS systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
