Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

  • Develop job descriptions and job advertisements.

  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues and grievances.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.

3. Performance Management
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support line managers in evaluations.

  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.

4. Training & Development
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

5. Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR budgeting.

  • Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

6. Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR documentation.

  • Oversee disciplinary and termination procedures when required.

7. HR Strategy & Reporting
  • Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Generate HR metrics and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
