A leading HR management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years in a managerial HR role. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop job descriptions and job advertisements.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding programs.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues and grievances.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
Implement performance appraisal systems and support line managers in evaluations.
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR budgeting.
Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update employee handbook and HR documentation.
Oversee disciplinary and termination procedures when required.
Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Generate HR metrics and reports for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
