We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands‑on experience in work pass management and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
- Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.
- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as required.
- Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requirements.
Payroll & Vendor Management
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS).
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.
- Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding (offer letters, work pass applications, induction) and offboarding (exit formalities, work pass cancellations, clearance).
- Support HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination notices.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Finance, and Operations teams for new hires and exits.
HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain and update employee HRIS records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
Requirements
- At least 1 – 2 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
- MOM management (EP, S Pass, WP handling)
- CPF and IRAS submissions
- TAFEP and TADM policy knowledge
- Payroll input management and vendor coordination
- Employee onboarding and exit processes
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
Nice to Have
- Experience with immigration-related processes (Dependent Pass, LTVP, etc.).
- Exposure to regional HR practices or multinational setups.
