Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance. Responsibilities include managing MOM-related activities, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, and hands-on experience with work pass management.

  • Experience in vendor coordination for payroll processing.

  • Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications.
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands‑on experience in work pass management and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.
  • Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as required.
  • Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requirements.
Payroll & Vendor Management
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS).
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.
  • Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding (offer letters, work pass applications, induction) and offboarding (exit formalities, work pass cancellations, clearance).
  • Support HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination notices.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Finance, and Operations teams for new hires and exits.
HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain and update employee HRIS records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
Requirements
  • At least 1 – 2 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
