HR Executive (Benefits & Recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Manpower Support
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign employees.
- Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Handle work pass matters (WP, SP, EP), including application, renewal, cancellation, and compliance with MOM regulations.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave entitlements, allowances, bonuses, and statutory benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
- Coordinate with insurance providers on policy renewals, claims, and coverage updates.
- Handle employee benefit enrolment, changes, and cessation.
- Act as the point of contact for employee benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
- Support payroll by ensuring accurate benefit deductions and submissions.
3. HR Operations & Support
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, and termination letters.
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications.
- Assist in HR audits, reporting, and management reviews.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.
Requirements / Competencies:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee benefits administration
- Familiar with Singapore labour laws and MOM requirements
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Working Location: West Zone
Working Days: 5.5 day/week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30am
