Job summary

Job Description
  • Plan employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
  • Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
  • Involvement in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative process
  • Build strong and positive work relationship with employee
  • Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
  • Preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
  • Doing of payroll process and claims
  • Submission of IR21/IR8A
  • Liaising with schools (ITEs, Polytechnics, or private institutions) to get students for internship
  • Supporting the HR team in handling the F&B and IT side in the manpower
  • Going down to assist onsite whenever necessary
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource management
  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking
