A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Human Resource professional to handle administrative tasks, assist in HR processes, and maintain employee records. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with relevant experience. Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management, office supplies purchase and maintenance, and mail handling;
Assist in HR processes such as employee onboarding, resignation, and confirmation;
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and personnel files;
Assist in arranging interviews, training sessions, and staff activities;
Support in managing company contracts, invoices, and filing of documents;
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by superiors.
Good command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written); "We are seeking candidates proficient inChineseto effectively communicate withChinese-speaking clients."
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized;
A good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions;
Relevant working experience in administrative or HR roles will be an advantage.
