  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management, office supplies purchase and maintenance, and mail handling;

  • Assist in HR processes such as employee onboarding, resignation, and confirmation;

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and personnel files;

  • Assist in arranging interviews, training sessions, and staff activities;

  • Support in managing company contracts, invoices, and filing of documents;

  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
