  • Assist in end-to-end employee administration including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, such as job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records in compliance with guidelines.
  • Support performance reviews and staff training coordination.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support payroll computation and CPF/MOM submissions.

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource / Payroll cum Admin exec.

Position: Human Resource / Payroll cum Admin exec

Responsibilities
  • Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end employee administration: onboarding, contract management, leave tracking, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts — job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records in compliance with guidelines.
  • Support performance review cycles and staff training coordination.
  • Regularly enquire and stay updated on changes in labour regulations to ensure full compliance with MOM, CPF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Serve as a first-point-of-contact for employee queries and foster positive workplace engagement.
  • Support payroll computation and CPF/MOM submissions in coordination.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.
