• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships
