Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR Manager who will oversee HR duties in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manpower planning, performance appraisals, and developing HR strategies for talent acquisition. The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree in HR management, effective communication skills, and at least six years of relevant experience, particularly in social care organizations. Qualifications

  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in social or care organizations.
  • Familiarity with MOM labour legislations and CPF regulations.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and PDPA policies.

Job description

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:

  1. Oversee and manage spectrum of HR duties in alignment with organisation goals
  2. Manpower planning and budgeting with line managers
  3. Administer performance appraisals, increments and bonus computation
  4. Develop HR strategies for talent acquisition and management
  5. Training and Development
  6. Administration of staff benefits e.g. medical hospitalisation, insurance, leave etc
  7. Oversee Payroll, leave and claims administration
  8. Benchmarking of salaries and benefits with industry as and when needed
  9. Conduct onboarding, orientation for new staff and conduct exit interview for resigning staff
  10. Handle staff grievance, counselling and disciplinary issues
  11. Assist to organize social events and celebrations for all staff as and when required
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Minimum postgraduate Diploma or degree in HR management
  2. Familiarity with MOM labour legislations and CPF regulations
  3. Familiarity with safety regulations, whistleblowing and PDPA policies
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  5. Knowledge and experience in foreign manpower hires for care staff
  6. Strong communication skills to staff and management
  7. Minimum six years of relevant experiences in similar social and care organization or nursing home will be added advantage
