🌟About the Role:

The Human Capital Lead at Maha is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the company’s people strategy across 12 countries in Asia. This individual will partner closely with regional and business unit leaders to develop and implement HR frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. This role demands a strong problem-solver and excellent communicator. A key requirement for this role is a strong digital mindset, with the ability to leverage HR technology, data analytics, and digital tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.

🔹What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Maha’s business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Drive the company’s vision for a high-performing, engaged, and motivated workforce.
  • Champion the digital transformation of HR processes and leverage HR analytics for decision‑making.

Organizational Design & Development

  • Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure structure, roles, and reporting lines support business strategy and agility.
  • Conduct organization capability assessments and identify gaps in structure, talent, or processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to design scalable and future‑ready organization models across RCCs.
  • Develop frameworks for workforce optimization, role clarity, and spans of control.
  • Facilitate organization restructuring, mergers, or integration exercises with change management support.
  • Align organizational design efforts with culture, talent development, and digital transformation priorities.

Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
  • Implement competency‑based training and coaching programs across the organization.
  • Leverage behavioural and personality profiling tools for hiring, coaching, and team development.
  • Utilize digital learning platforms and HR tech solutions to enhance employee development.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and execute initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish mechanisms for employee feedback and implement improvements.
  • Leverage digital tools and AI‑driven insights to monitor and improve employee engagement.

Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Deploy performance management frameworks incorporating S.M.A.R.T. objectives.
  • Work closely with leaders to develop clear RACI matrices for team accountability.
  • Use problem‑solving frameworks like PDCA Cycle and Fishbone Analysis to address HR challenges.
  • Implement digital HR dashboards to track performance metrics and workforce analytics.

HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices across all operating regions.
  • Develop and standardize HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain robust employee relations practices to prevent and address workplace issues.
  • Utilize digital HR platforms to automate and ensure compliance in HR reporting and documentation.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Oversee total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Benchmark and ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices.
  • Drive HR digitalisation initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
🔍What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

✔ Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience with significant regional exposure.

✔ Proven track record in driving HR transformation and implementing best‑in‑class HR practices.

✔ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with expertise in frameworks such as 5 Whys, SWOT, McKinsey 7S, and PDCA Cycle.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; adept in frameworks like S.M.A.R.T., RACI, and the Eisenhower Matrix.

✔ Experience using behavioural and personality profiling tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Enneagram) for talent assessment and leadership development.

✔ Ability to work across cultures and lead in a diverse, multi‑country environment.

✔ Strong digital acumen with experience implementing HR technology, HR analytics, and digital tools for HR transformation.

✔ Willingness to travel regionally as required.
