  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage agency funding programmes, annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and promotion cycles.
  • Ensure fair, competitive, and equitable reward frameworks to attract, retain, and motivate talent while supporting business performance.
  • Monitor manpower costs and HR budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Oversee employee benefits programmes, including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Stay abreast of HR best practices, emerging industry trends, and relevant employment legislation, with a focus on compensation and HR analytics.
Reporting & HR Analytics

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform HR strategies and process improvements.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports for senior management on key people metrics and organisational performance.
Project Management
  • Manage HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within HR and with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support change management initiatives related to new HR systems, policies, or compensation frameworks.
  • Undertake other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
