Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation & benefits.

  • Partner closely with business units to provide strategic HR advice on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Drive the implementation and effective use of HR technology to improve service efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Support compensation reviews and annual salary and bonus exercises.

  • Lead payroll audits and ensure payroll processes and records comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of payroll systems.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
