A leading HR services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Business Partner. The role involves managing HR functions, providing strategic advice to business units, and ensuring compliance in payroll processes. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to drive HR technology implementation and enhance operational effectiveness.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation & benefits.
Partner closely with business units to provide strategic HR advice on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Drive the implementation and effective use of HR technology to improve service efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Support compensation reviews and annual salary and bonus exercises.
Lead payroll audits and ensure payroll processes and records comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of payroll systems.
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
