Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist (Comp & Ben).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement competitive compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the global mobility process, including visa and relocation logistics, and address inquiries.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to align policies with industry standards and business needs.
  • Partner with external vendors to facilitate smooth employee transitions and monitor mobility program costs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage the annual review process for salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Collaborate with governmental agencies to optimize workforce mobility and stay updated on policies.
  • Administer the annual manpower planning and budgeting process across business units.
  • Generate insightful reports on C&B metrics and analyze data for risks and opportunities.
  • Support HR projects such as system implementations, compliance audits, and special case handling.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits and mobility management.
  • Certification in Global Remuneration (e.g., GRP, GPHR) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and immigration laws.
  • Experience collaborating with government agencies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday), Excel, and data visualization tools, with excellent analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity in handling sensitive information, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage a demanding workload independently.
