About the role

Singfilm Solar Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support and guidance to our growing business. The role is based in our Jurong West office, with the opportunity for some remote work.

What you'll be doing

1. Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
2. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
3. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Providing guidance on employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
5. Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
6. Driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives
7. Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist or Generalist role
2. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
