We are currently looking for a HR Service Specialist for APAC MEA. You will be based in Singapore as part of our global Human Resource Services charter to deliver quality services to our employees in the Asia Pacific Middle East Africa markets.

Reporting to the Head of HR Services APAC / MEA, you will perform employee life event transactions and provide generalist advice and guidance on employee matters to employees, HR business partners and managers from the region. You will ensure quality and compliant services, data quality and governance, transactional reporting, and champion operational efficiency improvement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters
  • Escalate case files to HRBPs or other HR representatives if exceptions to policy or special treatment is needed and report any outstanding HR process issue to HR Services Lead
  • Support employee on‑boarding, leave and absence processes
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of employee life events and status change transactions in the system, particularly in relation to hiring, exit management and retirement
  • Ensure SuccessFactors Employee Central is maintained and updated; and produce all relevant SuccessFactors reports as required
  • Ensure SOPs are updated with information on new HR services, practices, legislation, and regulations
  • Collect HR compliance paperwork / documentation, and manage employee document digitally
  • Own one or several regional HR processes, and coach other HR Services employees on those processes
  • Collaborate with global HR services to improve process efficiency and stakeholder experience
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR services and administration, with an understanding of HR practices and policies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working according to service level agreements in a customer‑driven environment
  • Experience with SuccessFactors HR Information System is required
  • Experience with report creation in SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Experience with case management tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow is preferred
