Job summary

A leading multinational company in Singapore is seeking an HR Representative for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and managing employee relations. Ideal candidates have a degree in Human Resources and 2-5 years of relevant experience. This role is based in Jurong, with a hybrid work flexibility.

HR Representative (12-Month Contract) – West Singapore

Our client is a leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector, specializing in high-precision equipment and advanced technology. Recognized as one of the top workplaces in Singapore, they are urgently seeking a hands-on and agile HR Representative to join their team.

Location: West Singapore (Jurong)
Working Hours: Normal office hours, with hybrid WFH flexibility
Contract Duration: 12 months

About the Role

You will support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including coordinating career fairs and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration.
