Location: E-Centre, 3791 Jalan Bukit Merah Singapore 159471

Working Hours: 10am - 6pm

Salary: $2000 - $3500

Responsibilities
  • Source, select, and match candidates to suitable roles who meet the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
  • Brief candidates on positions and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and the expansion of services.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded in the system.
  • Adhere to quality procedures and recommend operational improvements to foster continuous improvement.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties such as shift facilitations & shift work.
Requirements
  • Possesses strong knowledge and proficiency in current staffing methodologies and relevant labor laws.
  • Demonstrates excellent skills in both communication and fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Exhibits outstanding ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized work processes.
  • Capable of handling issues and difficult situations with a high degree of diplomacy and tact.
