The Human Capital Office is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! In this role, you will play a key role in the office, driving strategic and tactical efforts to manage the delivery and coordination of projects across Human Capital. You will support the facilitation of effective communications and relationships among Human Capital division and strategic planning efforts for the department. As a member of the Chiefs Office, you will promote the values of collaboration, belonging, information sharing, employee experience, engagement, and knowledge transfer.
You will be responsible for supporting Human Capital experts and leadership by facilitating team coordination, planning, and execution this includes moderating strategy and tactical sessions for Human Capital initiatives. The Program Manager will monitor progress of projects to ensure they are in scope and on budget and effectively meet objectives. You will use your understanding of project management and organizational dynamics to ensure the successful delivery of key programs/initiatives.
The Project Manager will help keep the Human Capital team on task in ensuring the successful adoption and sustainability of high-priority initiatives to meet the agencys standards and priorities in the long term. This will include partnering with subject matter experts to use data to study program effectiveness, identify trends and issues, recommend solutions, and report on accomplishments, as well as devising measures for effective promotion, employee education/training, and leadership engagement/advocacy, all of which is essential to integrating initiatives into the culture.
With projects spanning all areas of Human Resources (HR) and Labor Relations (LR), the Program Manager will learn how all of Human Capital functions work together to deliver a high-quality experience for our employees, job applicants, and retirees.
