Qualifications

• Prior experience with work pass applications via the MOM WPOL system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track 'Fit to Drive' cases for Bus Captains returning from extended absences.
• Manage work pass matters in MOM WPOL system, including applications and renewals.
• Support the nomination and processing of the 'Bus Captain of the Month' initiative.
• Create and update employee records in SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
