Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates based on scholarship requirements to ensure target talent pool are processed for the opportunity.
• Track and categorize candidates according to their stages in the recruitment process where required.
• Coordinate interview schedules and send updates to candidates.
• Assist in preparing interviewer manual for panel interviews.
• Provide administrative support to scholars bond management on operational matters.
