Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join the People Operations Team to support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will manage HR documentation, system updates, and work pass administration to ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
  • Support the onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors and generating new hire letters to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Lifecycle Management
  • Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including issuing lifecycle letters and updating personal/dependent details in the HR system.
  • Prepare certificates of employment for banks, visa applications, and permanent residency (PR) applications.
Work Pass Administration
  • Process work pass-related transactions, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Offboarding
  • Assist with the preparation of offboarding letters and the cancellation of work passes.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • IHRP certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.
  • Self-motivated, committed, and resourceful, with strong initiative and attention to detail.
