Job description

We are an established F&B group with a vibrant portfolio of brands across Singapore. As our HR Operations Executive, you will work closely with Operations Team to foster a positive, compliant and performance driven work culture.

This hands-on role requires you to work closely with ground teams within your assigned business unit(s), foster strong relationships across employees and management and manage outlet-level recruitment processes in partnership with the Recruitment Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, employment terms, compensation and benefits queries.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to build rapport, monitor staff morale and identify concerns early.
  • Support employee relations, including managing grievances, conducting investigations and preparing disciplinary documentation.
  • Partner with the Operations Team to drive employee engagement, support workforce planning and ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and internal company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and personal files (P-files), including tracking of contract renewals and work pass expiry.
  • Prepare and generate HR reports on key metrics such as productivity, headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
  • Oversee airport pass applications and renewals.
  • Ensure HR compliance with MOM regulations and internal company policies.
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for full-timer and part-timer including reconciliation of attendance and leaves, wage calculations, deductions, CPF submission, tax clearance for work pass holders, updating HRMS records, government paid leave claims, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
  • Assist in annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
  • Support other tasks as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, with prior exposure to HR Business Partnering preferred.
  • Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., StaffAny, InfoTech) and local employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
