Qualifications

  • Provide secretarial support to leadership.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, drive efficiency across HR functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and contribute to HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, work pass applications and renewals, and maintain accurate employee records to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures to mitigate risk and uphold organizational standards
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters to facilitate timely hiring
  • Maintain accurate employee information within the SuccessFactors HRIS system to enable reliable reporting and informed decision-making
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data to ensure accurate and timely compensation
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes to support talent growth and enhance organizational performance
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain positive employee relations
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, engagement, and retention to foster a motivated workforce
  • Manage third-party providers (Security, Transport, and Cafeteria) by establishing, developing, and reviewing service agreements, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and budget planning
  • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager, HR Senior Director, and Fab Director by scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and managing calendars to optimize leadership productivity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, Payroll Administration, or related HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Local Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act regulations
  • Familiarity with HRIS SuccessFactors system and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective HR operations support
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency
