Overview

Summary: Multiple Headcount • Industry: Manufacturing [Electronic & Electrical] / FMCG/ Education • Location: North/ Central/ West • Office Hours • Basic Salary up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Singapore’s MOM regulations.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
  • Represent the company in signing employment contracts and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Conduct staff orientation sessions and support training programs for new employees.
  • Ensure all HR operations and practices comply with MOM guidelines and employment legislation.
  • Coordinate employee relations matters professionally and assist in resolving workplace issues or disputes.
  • Manage employee insurance policies, including work injury compensation, medical insurance, and renewals.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance verification in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and updates to the employee handbook.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as MOM, CPF, and IRAS on HR-related submissions and compliance matters.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
