Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Singapore’s MOM regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
- Represent the company in signing employment contracts and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Conduct staff orientation sessions and support training programs for new employees.
- Ensure all HR operations and practices comply with MOM guidelines and employment legislation.
- Coordinate employee relations matters professionally and assist in resolving workplace issues or disputes.
- Manage employee insurance policies, including work injury compensation, medical insurance, and renewals.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance verification in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and updates to the employee handbook.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events to promote a positive work culture.
- Liaise with government agencies such as MOM, CPF, and IRAS on HR-related submissions and compliance matters.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations.
- Knowledge of CPF, IRAS submissions, and work pass application systems.
