A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to handle new hire onboarding, manage employee leave, and process work pass applications. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and experience with HR documentation. Responsibilities include preparing HR letters and generating reports. Handle onboarding of new hires, including data and document verification.
Manage employee leave matters (e.g., maternity, paternity, marriage leave).
Support offboarding processes.
Process work pass applications and renewals.
Prepare HR letters (e.g., visa letters, PR documents, employment certification).
Generate reports and provide data for ad-hoc requests.
Assist with statutory surveys.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
