Qualifications

• 4-6 years HR experience with strong exposure to mass hiring and ramp-up.
• Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, payroll review, HR operations, and HR discipline.
• Experience hiring frontline healthcare roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale recruitment across multiple job families.
• Review monthly payroll inputs, OT, incentives, allowances.
• Ensure full alignment to Group HR frameworks and governance.
• Produce monthly HR analyses to support management decisions.
• Provide advisory on investigations, counselling, and disciplinary processes.
