A healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to lead mass recruitment efforts and align HR practices with group policies. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in HR, especially in large-scale hiring, and should be skilled in HR operations and analytics. This role involves working closely with senior management and mentoring HR personnel, and immediate availability is preferred.

Join our client, one of Singapore’s rapidly expanding ambulance and healthcare operators, and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce as we scale nationwide.
We are looking for an energetic HR Manager with solid HR fundamentals, and proven mass recruitment experience.
You will support our ambulance operations and work closely with both the Business Unit General Manager and Group HR Director, ensuring full alignment with Group HR policies and standards.
You will also lead and mentor our HR Assistant Manager while collaborating with Group HR to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll review, and HR governance.
