Overview
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Telecommunication Services (Data Centre)
  • Position Title: HR Manager
  • Working Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy and prompt processing.
  • Prepare and file statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and IR8A.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment agreements, conducting orientations, and organizing exit interviews.
  • Liaise with department heads on workforce planning, talent development, and succession management.
  • Manage work pass matters such as applications, renewals, and related medical arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Review and analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain equity and market alignment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead programs to boost employee engagement and overall well-being.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in an effective and impartial manner.
  • Compile HR reports and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Administer and ensure timely submission of training grants and claims to relevant government bodies.
  • Manage corporate and staff insurance matters, including reviewing, assessing, and optimizing coverage and costs.
  • Oversee the completion of statutory surveys, HR analytics, market studies, and related reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Frontier eHR system is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, multitasking capability, and effective problem-solving abilities.
